  Look at this McDonald's advert: 5) Write a 150+ word analysis of the McDonald's advert using preferred, negotiated and oppositional readings. Abstract This essay seeks to explain the link between McDonald advertisement and the effect on the average consumer. McDonald is one of the most popular fast food chains in the United States and is also criticised for their unhealthy foods. In my analysis I will analyse the history of McDonald and how their adv ertising and publicity has affected the public mindset. I will also analyse how their ads and m arketing  are appealing to their customers.
